Spezialist für Rechnungswesen und Reisekostenmanagement (m/w/d)
Job description
Unser kleines, aber feines Finanzen-, Controlling- und Travel-Team sucht Dich! Die Position ist mit einem Umfang zwischen 80 % und 100 % (0,8–1,0 FTE) zu besetzen und zunächst befristet für 2 Jahre.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du pflegst Stammdaten, erstellst Kundenrechnungen und arbeitest eng mit den Projektleitenden zusammen
- Zudem überwachst du Zeitbuchungen, unterstützt bei Korrekturen und setzt automatisierte Erinnerungen und Prüfprozesse um
- Eingehende Rechnungen (CANDIS) bearbeitest du eigenständig, kontrollierst Geschäftsvorfälle und Zahlungsaufträge (DATEV), holst Freigaben ein und bereitest alle relevanten Unterlagen für die externe Buchhaltung vor
- Im Travel Management bearbeitest du Reisekostenabrechnungen, ergänzt Stammdaten, achtest auf die Einhaltung steuerlicher Vorgaben und pflegst relevante Steuerdaten für die externe Buchhaltung
- Auch das Fuhrparkmanagement inklusive Rechnungskontrolle, Fahrzeugbestellungen und administrativer Betreuung liegt in deinem Verantwortungsbereich
- Du führst Ad-hoc-Analysen durch, schulst neue Mitarbeitende und bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Finanzbuchhaltungs- und Reisekostenthemen
- Darüber hinaus optimierst und digitalisierst du bestehende Prozesse, Berichte und Systeme kontinuierlich
Dein Profil
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise bringst du mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und/oder Reisekostenadministration mit
- Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, und überzeugst durch eine hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit relevanten Systemen wie DATEV sowie mit Tools zur Reisekostenabrechnung
- Es macht dir Spaß operative Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten und kontinuierlich zu verbessern
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig, strukturiert und von Eigenverantwortung geprägt – dabei trittst du serviceorientiert und lösungsorientiert auf
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und Spaß an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Team
