Die Herausforderung
Der Bereich COO Business Management ist ein Teil von Operations Management - der zentralen Steuerungseinheit im COO-Bereich. Wir sind u.a. verantwortlich für Performance Management und leisten damit einen wichtigen Beitrag, um schnelle und fundierte Entscheidungen für Sales & Service Operations zu ermöglichen. Werde Teil unseres Teams und übernehme folgende Aufgaben:
Du gestaltest die Steuerungslogik des COO-Ressorts und stellst eine durchgängige, stringente KPI-Steuerung sicher
Du treibst das Performance Management, z.B. durch die Weiterentwicklung der Performance Dialoge
Du etablierst moderne und innovative Analyse- und Steuerungstools, z.B. den Prozessleitstand
Du konzipierst businessrelevante Updates und stellst regelmäßige Berichte auf Managementebene sicher
Du leitest Projekte mit hoher Management Attention und arbeitest an übergreifenden Themen
Du übernimmst bereichsübergreifende Abstimmungen mit Stakeholdern und agierst bei allen Themen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit CCO-Management, TMO, Controlling und unseren Fachbereichen
Ein Background, der überzeugt
Du hast einen Master-Abschluss mit sehr guten akademischen Leistungen
Du verfügst über mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung und hast komplexe und übergreifende Projekte geleitet
Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für KPIs und Reporting-Tools
Du bist stark in der Kommunikation und verfügst über Durchsetzungsvermögen - es fällt dir leicht interne und externe Stakeholder auf verschiedenen Hierarchie-Ebenen aktiv zu managen
Du übernimmst Verantwortung und hast Lust, neue Themen voranzutreiben
Dich zeichnen hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten, kundenzentriertes Denken und eine sehr schnelle Auffassungsgabe bei der Analyse komplexer Fragestellungen aus
Du besitzt hohes Abstraktionsvermögen, bist strukturiert und hast Spaß, dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
