Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für alle Prozesse und Aktivitäten rund um Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitssicherheit in den deutschen Vertriebsgesellschaften
Strategisches Denken und Weitblick im Safety-Management
Du gestaltest Sicherheitsstrategien mit unternehmerischem Verständnis, erkennst Trends frühzeitig und übersetzt sie in wirkungsvolle Maßnahmen für eine zukunftssichere Organisation
Geschäftsführung und Führungskräfte beraten
Mit deiner Expertise unterstützt und berätst du Führungskräfte und die Geschäftsführung in allen Fragen der Arbeitssicherheit
Gesetze und Vorschriften umsetzen
Du sorgst für die Einhaltung und Umsetzung aller arbeitssicherheitsrelevanten Gesetze, Normen und Vorschriften und priorisierst Gesundheit und Sicherheit
Projekte zur Optimierung der Arbeitsumgebung leiten
Initiative und Leitung von Projekten zur Beurteilung und Optimierung der Arbeitsumgebung gehören zu deinem Alltag
H&S-Kultur gestalten
Du wirkst aktiv am Aufbau einer Sicherheitskultur mit und setzt innovative HSE-Maßnahmen um
Entwicklungen beobachten und bewerten
Branchenrelevante Entwicklungen werden von dir beobachtet, bewertet und in die Praxis integriert
Sicherheitsstandards kontinuierlich optimieren
Du überprüfst und optimierst bestehende Sicherheitsstandards und setzt neue Maßstäbe
Bist du unser Playmaker?
Hervorragend abgeschlossenes Studium im Sicherheitsingenieurwesen
Dein akademischer Hintergrund liegt im Sicherheitsingenieurwesen mit hervorragenden Noten und bildet die Basis für deine Expertise
Berufserfahrung und Zusatzqualifikationen
Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitssicherheit mit, Zusatzqualifikationen zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit sind wünschenswert
Fundierte Kenntnisse der Arbeitsschutzgesetzgebung
Gesetze und relevante Normen sind dir bestens vertraut und werden von dir aktiv angewendet
Leitungsserfahrung
Erfahrungen in der Leitung von Projekten unterstützen dich dabei, innovative Lösungen voranzutreiben. Erfahrungen in der Anleitung von Sicherheitsfachkräften sind ein Plus
