Sachbearbeiter:in Debitorenbuchhaltung & Forderungsmanagement (w/m/d) - befristet
Job description
Deine Aufgaben
- Du führst operative Tätigkeiten in der Debitorenbuchhaltung durch, buchst eigenverantwortlich Zahlungseingänge (insbesondere aus der Wärme-/Warmwasserversorgung), bearbeitest Rücklastschriften und führst Zahlläufe durch
- Du pflegst, stimmst ab und bereinigst Debitorenkonten, Sachkonten und Stammdaten
- Du führst wöchentliche Mahnläufe durch, bearbeitest eigenständig Ratenzahlungsvereinbarungen und betreust die Ein- und Ausbuchung von Forderungen
- Du arbeitest aktiv mit Forderungslisten, bereitest die Abgabe an den Inkassodienstleister vor und begleitest das gerichtliche Mahn- und Klageverfahren
- Du beantwortest Kundenanfragen zu Mahnungen und Zahlungen schriftlich und telefonisch
- Du kommunizierst mit internen und externen Partnern und stimmst dich eng mit dem Abrechnungsteam ab
- Du übernimmst die Buchung und Abstimmung relevanter Geschäftsvorfälle rund um Debitoren und Sachkonten
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekauffrau/-mann)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung oder im Forderungsmanagement
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP-FI sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Kenntnisse im Mahn- und Inkassowesen sowie Erfahrung mit Ratenzahlungsvereinbarungen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Sicherheit in der Kundenkorrespondenz (Deutsch mindestens C1, schriftlich und telefonisch)
- Analytisches Denken, hohe Zahlenaffinität und Sorgfalt bei Abstimmungen und Buchungen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit gutem Organisationsvermögen
- Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, Herausforderungen gemeinsam anzugehen
