Als Projektsteuerer (m/w/d) verantwortest du die Umsetzung und Optimierung unserer Vertriebskampagnen für FTTH- und Highspeed-Produkte – und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Glasfaserangebote erfolgreich in den Markt getragen werden. Du bist dabei die wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Marketing und Projektmanagement.

- Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Vertriebsaktivitäten rund um das E.ON Highspeed-Portfolio – mit klarer Ausrichtung auf FTTH-Zielgebiete.
- Koordination, Coaching und Qualitätssteuerung externer Vertriebseinheiten (z. B. D2D-Teams): Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Glasfaserprodukte überzeugend und erfolgreich verkauft werden.
- Enge Abstimmung mit internen Bereichen, inklusive Vorbereitung der Projektphasen von der Bauplanung bis zur aktiven Vermarktung.
- Planung und Umsetzung wirksamer Marketing-, Sales- und Promotionaktionen, inkl. Organisation von Informations- und Verkaufsveranstaltungen in Ausbaugebieten.
- Analyse von Verkaufszahlen und Vermarktungsfortschritten, regelmäßiges Reporting und Sicherstellung eines transparenten Informationsflusses zwischen allen Stakeholdern.
Dein Profil: klar, anpackend, voller Energie.
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Telekommunikations- oder Energiesektor.
- Erfahrung im Breitbandgeschäft (FTTH-Umfeld) sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Door-to-Door-Vertriebspartnern.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Vertriebskompetenz, gepaart mit Organisationstalent und Freude an direktem Kundenkontakt.
- Selbständige, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigeninitiative und klare Vertriebsaffinität.
- Reisebereitschaft, Führerschein Klasse B und ein professionelles, sympathisches Auftreten.
