Job description

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest großvolumige CAPEX-Projekte im Bereich BESS und Umspannwerke in Europa von der Entwicklung bis zur Übergabe an den Betrieb und stellst Arbeitssicherheit, Leistungsumfang, Kosten, Termine, Performance und Qualität sicher
  • Du leitest das Projektteam und steuerst Projektmanagement, Vertrags- und Risikomanagement, Genehmigungen, Engineering, Bau, Inbetriebsetzung, Beschaffung und Claim Management sowie das interne und externe Stakeholdermanagement
  • Du unterstützt den International Batteries Pipeline Manager bei der Umsetzung eines strukturierten Portfoliomanagement-Ansatzes
  • Du stellst die erfolgreiche Abwicklung mehrerer BESS-Projekte hinsichtlich Leistungsumfang, Qualität, Zeitplan und Budget sicher, bewertest Projektpläne und kritische Pfade und leitest bei Risiken geeignete Gegenmaßnahmen ein
  • Du prüfst Engineering-Konzepte, Studien und Inbetriebsetzungsstrategien auf technische Robustheit und Wirtschaftlichkeit und wirkst an der Lösung kritischer technischer und projektbezogener Herausforderungen mit
  • Du unterstützt die Entwicklung von Standards, Best Practices und Lessons Learned für das gesamte Portfolio und entwickelst bestehende Kompetenzen im Konzern weiter
  • Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen der E.ON Energy Projects GmbH und E.ON Energy Infrastructure Solutions innerhalb einer dualen Berichtsstruktur

 


Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung sowie langjährige Erfahrung in der Umsetzung komplexer BESS- und/oder Energieinfrastrukturprojekte, idealerweise einschließlich integrierter BESS- und Umspannwerksprojekte
  • Umfassende Erfahrung in der parallelen Steuerung mehrerer komplexer Projekte sowie im Projektmanagement und in der Projektsteuerung
  • Erfahrung in der länderübergreifenden Steuerung komplexer Stakeholderstrukturen sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Projektteams, Lieferanten, EPC-Partnern und weiteren Stakeholdern
  • Fundierte technische Expertise im Bereich BESS und die Fähigkeit, technische Konzepte und Lösungen kritisch zu bewerten
  • Gutes Verständnis der wesentlichen Kostentreiber von BESS und von EPC-Abwicklungsmodellen, kombiniert mit wirtschaftlichem Denken, Hands-on-Mentalität und einem kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsansatz
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1) sowie Reisebereitschaft von 20-40%
