Job description

A task that excites you

  • Manage projects: You will be responsible for transformation and optimization projects within Finance Service and group-wide implementation projects in the context of SAP S/4 HANA
  • Responsible for teams: You work with interdisciplinary and international teams of IT specialists and business representatives with a high level of motivation and, depending on your experience, act as a (sub-)project manager.
  • Driving standardization: Within the project, you will drive standardization in SAP S/4 HANA and initiate the continuous improvement of processes.
  • Make decisions: For projects in your area of responsibility, you will make decisions or coordinate them in advance with stakeholders and decision boards.
  • Structure projects: You set up new projects using agile project methods, calculate business cases and put together your quick-witted team.
  • Stakeholder management: You will be responsible for active stakeholder management and modeling of project control boards.
  • Show transparency: You steer your team through all project phases and communicate the progress of the project transparently.
  • Being flexible: New and short-term tasks, deadline adjustments or a change in requirements will not upset you. You react confidently and do not lose sight of the project goal.
  • Promoting innovation: You question existing structures and processes and are interested in new technologies

A background that convinces us

  • You have a degree in economics / business informatics or have a comparable qualification.
  • You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in finance or procurement and thus have detailed business know-how in accounting, controlling or logistics.
  • With several years of experience in project management of business and IT projects, you have acquired a wide range of project management skills.
  • You have at least 3 years of specific experience in the professional and technical conception of S/4 HANA transformations in the finance sector.
  • Ideally, you have in-depth SAP S/4 HANA knowledge in the SAP Core modules such as FI, CO, MM, WM or SD.
  • Due to your pronounced interest in IT topics, you are up to date with IT trends in and outside SAP.
  • Responsible, structured and independent way of working and knowledge of agile project management methods are part of your profile.
  • With very good presentation and moderation skills, you will inspire your team and stakeholders for harmonization and standardization.
  • We require you to be confident in the use of common MS Office applications.
  • You have business-fluent German and English skills.
  • You are willing to travel for group-wide implementation projects.
