Praktikum Projektmanagement (w/m/d)
Job description
Deine Aufgaben
- Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von PMO-Aufgaben in unterschiedlichen Projekten und Programmen
- Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen sowie Etablierung strukturgebender Standards zur Förderung einer effizienten bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
- Planung, Moderation sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Workshops, Projektmeetings und Entscheidungsgremien
- Unterstützung und Begleitung agiler Projektstrukturen sowie Sicherstellung transparenter und effizienter Projektabläufe
- Eigenständiger Aufbau und Betrieb eines strukturierten Anforderungsmanagements – von der Erfassung über die Priorisierung bis zur Nachverfolgung der Umsetzung
Dein Profil
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf agilen Vorgehensmodellen, Produktentwicklung und Anforderungsmanagement
- Erfahrung in der Energiewirtschaft, vorzugsweise im Wärmegeschäft
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS Office Anwendungen (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams und Outlook)
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten in Workshops, Meetings und im proaktiven Stakeholdermanagement auf unterschiedlichen Organisationsebenen
- Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Problemstellungen selbstständig zu analysieren und zielorientierte, pragmatische Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau und verhandlungssicheres Englisch (C1)
