Job description

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt bei der Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Tools zur Entwicklung und Förderung unserer Talente
  • Du übernimmst eigenständig die Organisation von Lernimpulsen und Trainings (Keynotes, Learning Nuggets)
  • Du wirkst bei konzeptionellen HR-Projekten im Bereich People Development (z.B. bei der Einführung neuer unterstützender Systeme oder Erarbeitung von Impulsen) mit und übernimmst die eigenständige Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern wo notwendig
  • Du entwickelst Inhalte für die interne und externe Kommunikation von Learning & Development Angeboten (Newsletter, Lernplattformen & Social Intranet)
  • Du analysierst und dokumentierst Ergebnisse und erstellst Präsentationen
  • Du bringst dich eigeninitiativ mit Ideen und Impulsen zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Portfolios ein

Dein Profil

  • Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbar - idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen
  • Du konntest idealerweise bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im operativen Personalmanagement, Personalentwicklung, Talent Management, Learning & Development und/oder Diversity Inclusion sammeln
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit allen gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine sehr selbstständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise verbunden mit einem hohen Maß an Zuverlässigkeit aus
  • Du lebst „Customer First“
  • Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent & hast ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Du besitzt eine Affinität für Sprache und das Schreiben von zielgruppenspezifischen Texten
  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf dem Niveau der Muttersprache und hast fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
