Dieses Praktikum bietet eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, praktische Erfahrungen in verschiedenen Aspekten des Personalwesens zu sammeln, darunter Arbeitsrechtthemen, Compensation & Benefits, Aus- und Weiterbildung sowie Talent Management. Als HR-Praktikant (w/m/d) hast Du die Möglichkeit, eng mit erfahrenen HR-Profis zusammenzuarbeiten und zum Gesamterfolg unserer Personalabteilung beizutragen.

Deine Rolle – sinnhaft & wertvoll

  • Du arbeitest eng mit allen Bereichen der EDT HR Abteilung bei verschiedenen Projekten und Initiativen zusammen
  • Du sammelst bestehende Daten, analysierst diese und schaffst so Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die strategische Ausrichtung der Abteilung
  • Du bringst eigene Ideen ein, erstellst Konzepte und setzt diese auch aktiv um
  • Du unterstützt den HR Bereich bei Themen wie Gehaltsanalysen, Mobilität oder Arbeitskultur und gewinnst Einblicke in die Arbeit mit der Mitbestimmung
  • Du konzipierst Aktivitäten im Bereich Employee Engagement, wie z. B. Ableiten von Maßnahmen aus aktuellen Surveys

Dein Profil – authentisch & neugierig

  • Du studierst BWL oder Jura mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Marketing o.ä.
  • Du hast eine Leidenschaft für alle Facetten der Personalarbeit und bringst erste Erfahrungen in der Umsetzung von HR-Projekten mit
  • Durch deine positive und offene Persönlichkeit kannst du andere von deinen Ideen begeistern
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute, adressatengerechte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Deine Aufgaben erfüllst du eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert
  • Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst du fließend
