Unser Team
Das Team „Customer Solution Planning“ ist Teil des Vertriebs und verantwortet die technische Beratung sowie die Ausführungsplanung für Ladeinfrastrukturprojekte nach HOAI-Phasen 1 bis 5. Im Fokus steht eine effiziente und baureife Projektierung, die eine geringe Projektdurchlaufzeit ermöglicht. Die Zusammenarbeit ist integrativ und empathisch, mit dem Anspruch, individuelle Kundenwünsche in standardisierte Lösungen zu überführen und herausragende Kundenergebnisse zu erzielen.

Technische Beratung
Du unterstützt das Vertriebsteam bei technischen Fragestellungen in der Angebotsphase und bringst deine Expertise ein, um herausragende Kundenergebnisse zu erzielen
Lösungskonzepte
Mit Neugier und unternehmerischem Denken entwickelst du technische Konzepte für Ladeinfrastrukturprojekte und transformierst die Kundenbedarfe in technische Lösungen
Entwürfe und Grobplanungen
Du gestaltest technische Entwürfe und Grobplanungen als vorbereitende Maßnahme für die anschließende Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanung
Qualitätssicherung
Die Prüfung und Freigabe externer Unterlagen, die während der Planungsphasen von unseren Partnern erstellt werden, liegt in deiner Hand – du handelst achtsam und priorisierst technische und ökonomische Umsetzbarkeit sowie Qualität
Netzanschluss & Elektroplanung
Du stellst sicher, dass alle Planungen fachgerecht und effizient umgesetzt werden, indem du die Steuerung und Kommunikation der externen Partner übernimmst
Projektübergabe
Mit entsprechender Planungsreife und Kundenfreigabe übergibst du die Projekte inklusive technischer Briefings an unsere Projektabteilung und sorgst für eine reibungslose Weitergabe

Studium
Deine fundierte Ausbildung in Elektrotechnik, Bauingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich bildet die Basis für deine technische Exzellenz und deinen unternehmerischen Weitblick
Berufserfahrung
Idealerweise verfügst du über Kenntnisse im Bereich Ladeinfrastruktur, Elektromobilität oder Energieverteilung und hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Planungsbüros und Fachfirmen. Du bringst Erfahrung in der Planung und Steuerung komplexer Infrastruktur- oder Energietechnik-Projekte mit, setzt innovative Lösungen um und treibst Digitalisierung und Wachstum aktiv voran
Planungsunterlagen & Tools
Du gehst sicher mit Planungsunterlagen um, nutzt CAD/Planwerkzeuge souverän und setzt GIS-/Standortanalyse-Tools (optional, aber wertvoll) gezielt ein, um neue Projekte zu erschließen
Digitale Anwendungen
Du nutzt die Microsoft Office Suite effizient, um Projekte voranzutreiben und Wissen aktiv zu teilen. Erste berufliche Erfahrungen mit KI sind von Vorteil und unterstützen dich dabei, innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln und Prozesse zu vereinfachen
