Du sorgst dafür, dass aus Ideen echte Erlebnisse werden. Mit Organisationstalent, Umsetzungsstärke und einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch steuerst du den operativen Betrieb des House of New Energy und schaffst die Grundlage für außergewöhnliche Besucher- und Eventerlebnisse.
- Showroom-Betrieb: Du verantwortest den operativen Betrieb und stellst eine exzellente Besucher- und Servicequalität sicher
- Event-Management: Du planst und steuerst Veranstaltungen, Aktivierungen und Eventformate gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern
- Teamführung: Du führst das Team auf der Fläche, entwickelst Standards weiter und schaffst ein motivierendes Arbeitsumfeld
- Operative Steuerung: Du koordinierst Technik, Logistik und Dienstleister und sicherst reibungslose Abläufe
- Budget & KPIs: Du steuerst Budgets, Ressourcen und Kennzahlen und entwickelst Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter
- Erlebnisqualität: Du setzt Konzepte in hochwertige, effiziente und detailorientierte Erlebnisse um
- Schnittstellen: Du arbeitest eng mit der programmatischen Leitung und relevanten Partnern im Konzern zusammen.
Ein Background, der uns überzeugt
- Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Event, Hospitality, BWL)
- Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Event-, Hospitality-, Venue- oder Retail-Management
- Steuerungskompetenz: Ausgeprägte Organisationsstärke und Fähigkeit, komplexe Abläufe zu koordinieren
- Führungserfahrung: Erfahrung in der Leitung operativer Teams und externer Dienstleister
- Arbeitsweise: Strukturiert, pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert
- Belastbarkeit: Souverän im Umgang mit dynamischen und anspruchsvollen Situationen
