EDRI builds, owns, and operates public charging infrastructure for all types of electric vehicles. The team currently employs more than 170 people and operates over 6,600 public charging points in 10 European countries: Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Italy, Hungary, and Romania. Together with site partners, EDRI will expand its network by installing an additional 1,000 high-power charging points per year.

Job description

Your mission

  • Responsibility for EDRI charging infrastructure through monitoring of driving performance and preventive maintenance
  • Monitor vendor performance (full ops service contract, 1st level, maintenance, hardware vendor, power contract and other site services)
  • Lead and manage e-mobility projects from inception to completion as well as a future expansion of the portfolio to include e.g. battery storage and PV
  • Oversee backend payment systems to ensure smooth transactions
  • Provide 2nd level support to keep the target uptime level for the charging network
  • Collaborate with international partners and stakeholders with developments regarding the charging infrastructure
  • Willingness to travel to trainings (internationally and domestically)
  • Manage, analyze and make recommendations based on operational reports/systems (PowerBI, backend) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Your profile

  • Experience as Operations Manager (m/f/d), Field Service Manager (m/f/d), Process Manager (m/f/d), Service Technician (m/f/d), Maintenance Technician (m/f/d), Project Manager (m/f/d) or in a comparable function
  • Proven experience in e-mobility operations or a related field
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Excellent project management skills and able to work well in teams
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • B category driving license
Nice to have:Nice to have:
  • Ability to understand technical documentation and electrical drawings
  • Familiarity with electric cars and experience with public charging infrastructure
  • Sitetracker/Salesforce/ PowerBI skills
  • Knowledge of local e-mobility legislation
