Die E.ON Energy Solutions GmbH (ESY) gestaltet die Energiewende aktiv, insbesondere im Westen Deutschlands. Wir bieten umfassende Energiedienstleistungen – von der Planung über den Bau bis hin zum Betrieb von Energieerzeugungsanlagen. Durch Sektorenkopplung verbinden wir effizient Wärme, Kälte und Strom für eine klimafreundliche Energieversorgung. Mit mehr als 300 dezentralen Anlagen, Großanlagen sowie über 100 Nah- und Fernwärmenetzen mit über 400 km Länge setzen wir innovative, maßgeschneiderte Energiekonzepte erfolgreich um.
Am Standort Heidelberg am Neckar betreiben wir als Betriebsführer mit einem engagierten Team von 13 Mitarbeitern vor Ort ein großes Heizkraftwerk mit über sechs Wärmeerzeugungsanlagen, einer Kälteerzeugung von bis zu 48 MW und einer leistungsstarken 14 MW Gasturbine, die im Rahmen der Kraft-Wärme-Kälte-Kopplung eingesetzt wird. Die Anlage nutzt Gas als Brennstoff, um selbst erzeugten Strom, Wärme, Kälte und Dampf bereitzustellen. Die Kunden, darunter das Universitätsklinikum, die Ruprecht-Karls-Universität, das Deutsche Krebsforschungszentrum, Schwimmbad- und Sportanlagen sowie der botanische und zoologische Garten, profitieren von unserer zuverlässigen und effizienten Energieversorgung. Mit Blick auf eine CO2-neutrale Zukunft und die Umweltziele des Landes Baden-Württemberg gestalten wir aktiv den Wandel zu einem grünen Fußabdruck. Die Digitalisierung und Vernetzung unserer Anlagen bieten dabei zusätzliches Optimierungspotenzial.

Job description
Deine Aufgaben
- Du sicherst den reibungslosen, sicheren und wirtschaftlichen Betrieb der Anlage - stets im Einklang mit gesetzlichen Vorgaben und internen Richtlinien
- Du gewährleistest den kontinuierlichen Betrieb im 24/7 Wechselschichtdienst
- Du übernimmst das Bedienen der Anlage und erfasst dabei alle relevanten Betriebsparameter
- Du erkennst Störungen frühzeitig, leitest direkt Maßnahmen zur Behebung ein und dokumentierst diese ordentlich
- Du weist Fremdfirmen ein und überwachst deren Arbeiten bis zur Abnahme
- Du übernimmst technisch anspruchsvolle Aufgaben, angepasst an deinen Tätigkeitsbereich
- Du tauschst dich schriftlich und mündlich mit internen und externen Partnern aus
- Du unterstützt das Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsteam bei ihren Arbeiten
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufsausbildung, wie Industriemechaniker, Elektriker, Mechatroniker, Kältetechniker, Verfahrensmechaniker, Produktionsfachkraft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im industriellen Bereich, vorzugsweise mit Erfahrungen als Anlagenfahrer oder in der Verfahrenstechnik
- Zusatzausbildung zum Kraftwerker oder Kesselwärter wünschenswert
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Industrie, idealerweise im Bereich der Fernwärmeversorgung bzw. der Kraftwerkstechnik
- Betriebserfahrung mit Kälteanlagen von Vorteil
- Einen sicheren Umgang und Kenntnisse der üblichen IT-Anwendungen sowie Erfahrung mit Siemens Prozessleitsystemen vorteilhaft
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1); Wohnort in unmittelbarem Einzugsgebiet der zugeordneten Anlage in der Metropolregion Rhein-Neckar
- Hands-on Mentalität sowie ausgeprägtes Interesse und Spaß an beruflicher Weiterentwicklung am Arbeitsplatz
