Job description
Eine Aufgabe, die dich begeistert
Du bist für die Etablierung, Betreuung und Umsetzung von Förderprojekten zuständig und unterstützt bei der Abwicklung von Förderprojekten. Deine Aufgaben umfassen im Wesentlichen:
- Projektleitung: Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsprojekten, insbesondere im europäischen Ausland, von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Realisierung sowie Sicherstellung der Erreichung aller Projektziele.
- Europäische Netzwerkentwicklung: Weiterentwicklung der European Hubs der E.ON Foundation, insbesondere in Warschau und Brüssel, sowie Aufbau, Aktivierung und Pflege eines tragfähigen europäischen Netzwerks.
- Veranstaltungsmanagement: Planung, Umsetzung und inhaltliche Begleitung von Veranstaltungen der Stiftung, teilweise in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Projekt- und Kooperationspartnern.
- Förderprojektbetreuung: Betreuung und Begleitung externer Förderprojekte über den gesamten Projektzyklus hinweg.
- Stakeholder-Koordination: Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Partnern zur Sicherstellung der Erreichung der definierten Nachhaltigkeitsziele.
- Antragsmanagement: Sichtung, Verwaltung und inhaltliche Prüfung eingehender Förderanfragen sowie Bewertung dieser zur weiteren Entscheidungsfindung.
- Entscheidungsvorbereitung: Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Unterlagen für den Beirat und die Geschäftsführung.
- Projektcontrolling & Dokumentation: Sicherstellung der korrekten Abwicklung und umfassenden Dokumentation der Projekte, einschließlich des Nachweises der Mittelverwendung und der Wirksamkeitsmessung.
- Dienstleistersteuerung: Koordination und Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Agenturen.
- Budgetmanagement: Verantwortung für die Budgetplanung, -überwachung und -kontrolle im Rahmen der betreuten Projekte.

- Akademische Qualifikation: Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in den Bereichen Klima- und Umweltwissenschaften, Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Soziologie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung (mindestens Bachelorabschluss).
- Fachliche Expertise: Fundierte Kenntnisse der Energiewirtschaft und Energiepolitik sowie der zentralen Aspekte der Transformation hin zu einer klimaneutralen Energieversorgung, Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft.
- Projektmanagement-Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit und Umweltschutz, in einem branchenverwandten Unternehmen, Start-up, einer gemeinnützigen oder gemeinwohlorientierten Organisation oder einem Verband, ergänzt durch ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
- Internationale Erfahrung & Sprachkenntnisse: Berufserfahrung im europäischen Ausland ist wünschenswert; sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung.
- Kreativität & Innovationsfähigkeit: Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, kreativ zu denken und innovative Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln.
- Team- & Kooperationsfähigkeit: Hohe Teamfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, konstruktiv mit unterschiedlichen Interessengruppen zusammenzuarbeiten.
