Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams der E.ON Energie Dialog GmbH suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte, strukturierte und vertriebsaffine Persönlichkeit, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt und im Hintergrund für reibungslose Abläufe sorgt. Als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Vertriebsunterstützung Breitband gestaltest du den Breitbandausbau von morgen aktiv mit.

Die Position ist zunächst auf 12 Monate befristet – mit Option auf Verlängerung und echten Entwicklungsperspektiven. Wir freuen uns auf deine Online-Bewerbung.

  • Vollständige Prüfung offline eingegangener Highspeedverträge und Grundstückseigentümererklärungen
  • Verantwortlich für die korrekte Pflege und Aktualisierung der Daten und Informationen im SAP CRM-System
  • Korrektur fehlerhafte Vertragseingänge und Koordinierung der Nachbearbeitung über unsere Vertriebspartner
  • Durchführung von Qualitätscalls zur Überprüfung von Routings und Kontrolle von Telefonlisten für den Außendienst
  • Aufbereitung der Adresslisten und Vertriebsdaten für unsere Teams im Außendienst auf und sorgst so für reibungslose Abläufe im Hintergrund

Zeig uns deine Energie! - Dein Profil ist bei uns gefragt

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Vertriebsinnendienst mit – im Bereich der Energiebranche oder Telekommunikation
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit MS Office und optional erste Erfahrung mit in SAP CRM
  • Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit (zum Standort)
  • Du denkst mit, arbeitest strukturiert und hast Spaß daran, Abläufe zu verbessern
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
