Aufgabenbereich

  • Eigenständige Beratung bei rechtlichen, strategischen und operativen Fragestellungen des Datenschutzes inkl. des Datenmanagements und der Digitalisierung; Bestellung als Datenschutzbeauftragter geplant
  • Eigenständige Beratung bei compliance-relevanten rechtlichen, strategischen und operativen Fragestellungen sowie bei der Umsetzung der Compliance Roadmap
  • Betreuung der Beteiligungsunternehmen der E.ON One GmbH in datenschutzrechtlichen und compliance-relevanten Sachverhalten
  • Mitarbeit in der konzernweiten Datenschutz- und Compliance-Organisation
  • Identifikation, Dokumentation und Bewertung von Risiken bei Datenschutz und Compliance-Themen

Anforderungsprofil

  • Volljurist mit überdurchschnittlichen Examensergebnissen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Vertiefte, in der Praxis bewährte, rechtliche Datenschutzexpertise; sehr gutes Verständnis von IT-technischen Zusammenhängen und Prozessen
  • Fähigkeit und Ambition, datenschutzrechtliche Anforderungen sowie Compliance- und Datenschutzvorfälle kompetent und lösungsorientiert zu beraten und die Umsetzung in einem dynamischen Umfeld entsprechend zu begleiten
  • Sicheres Auftreten/Durchsetzungsvermögen und hohe Sozialkompetenz
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Erfahrung beim Präsentieren von Arbeitsergebnissen und in der Schulung von Mitarbeitern bzw. Führungskräften
  • Kollegialität und Freude an der Arbeit im Team und in der konzernweiten Datenschutz- und Compliance-Organisation
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
