Unser Team Stability Management ist verantwortlich für die Business Prozessverfügbarkeit und Kundendaten-Replikation der E.ON Energie Deutschland GmbH (EDG). Wir stellen sicher, dass unsere Kernprozesse störungsfrei für unsere Agent:innen und Kund:innen funktionieren.In deiner Rolle bist du verantwortlich für die Transparenz der Prozessverfügbarkeit und Sicherstellung der Datenkonsistenz in unseren Systemen und hilfst dabei, eine stabile Systemlandschaft gemeinsam mit dem Business und der IT zu gestalten. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die E2E Prozessverfügbarkeit der EDG und damit folgende Aufgaben:
- Du designst und konzipierst neue Prozess- und Datenüberwachungen der miteinander kommunizierenden Systeme (SAP, Salesforce, Powercloud)
- Du unterstützt das ILM (Information Lifecycle Management) und sorgst dafür, unsere Daten während ihres gesamten Lebenszyklus effizient, sicher und kostenoptimiert zu verwalten
- Du entwickelst das businessseitige IT-Service-Management weiter
- Du bearbeitest und löst Incidents, Changes und Problems
- Du analysierst, bereinigst und steuerst komplexe Fehlerbilder bis hin zur Beschreibung der Prozessanpassung
- Du verantwortest und entwickelst die EDG-Prozessverfügbarkeits-Dashboards weiter
- Du entwickelst bestehende und neue KPIs zur Messung und Transparenz der Prozessverfügbarkeit und System-Synchronität weiter
- Du arbeitest strategische Entscheidungen für die Abteilungs- und Bereichsleitung und zentraler E.ON IT aus
Bist du unser Playmaker?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL, IT oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Prozess- und IT-Erfahrung in der Energieversorgung und fundierte Kenntnisse der Kernprozesse, der unterstützenden Systeme und der fachlichen und technischen Wechselwirkungen
- Du kennst dich mit den Kernsystemen und Prozessen wie PowerCloud, Salesforce, SAP IS-U und Mulesoft aus und hast Erfahrung mit PM7, Jira sowie Confluence
- Du denkst analytisch in Bezug auf IT-Zusammenhänge und Prozesse, dabei zeichnet dich eine hohe Lösungsorientierung aus
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, erfahren im Stakeholdermanagement und beherrschst Methoden- sowie Moderationskompetenz
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
