Unser Team
Im Fokus unseres Teams steht der strategische Einkauf für Customer Operations (Call Center, Backoffice & Inkasso-Dienstleistungen) und Sales (u.a. Vergleichsportale). Gemeinsam treiben wir Bedarfs- und Marktanalysen, Informationsanfragen, Ausschreibungen, Verhandlungen sowie Vertragsgestaltung voran. Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholdern ermöglicht es uns, innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln und nachhaltige Ergebnisse für den gesamten E.ON-Konzern zu erzielen.
Dein Spielfeld
Einkaufsstrategie gestalten und Innovationen integrieren: Du unterstützt bei der Definition der Einkaufsstrategie und berücksichtigst dabei die Anforderungen regionaler Stakeholder Trends. Innovationen im Lieferantenmarkt werden von dir erkannt und aktiv in den Beschaffungsprozess eingebracht um Digitalisierung und Innovation führend voranzutreiben
Kostenanalysen durchführen und Risiken managen: Die Durchführung von Kostenanalysen (z.B. Total Cost of Ownership) sowie das Management von Beschaffungsrisiken liegen in deiner Verantwortung. Dabei gehst du Probleme analytisch an und triffst datenbasierte Entscheidungen um Ursachen effektiv zu beheben
Lieferanten-Performance sichern und KPIs überwachen: Die Sicherstellung der geforderten Lieferanten-Performance durch Messung und Überwachung von KPIs sowie regelmäßige Performance Reviews gehören zu deinem Aufgabenbereich. Du übernimmst volle Verantwortung für deine Aufgaben und erzielst greifbare Ergebnisse
Stakeholder begleiten und nachhaltige Lösungen ermöglichen: Du betreust und unterstützt eine Vielzahl an Stakeholdern im E.ON-Konzern insbesondere bei der Vertragsimplementierung dem Vertragsmanagement sowie bei übergreifenden Themen wie Nachhaltigkeits- und Digitalisierungsinitiativen. Dabei pflegst du Beziehungen um Vertrauen aufzubauen und herausragende Kundenergebnisse zu erzielen
Schnittstelle zum operativen Einkauf bilden: Für deine Warengruppe bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zum operativen Einkauf und sorgst für eine integrative und empathische Zusammenarbeit im Team
Bist du unser Playmaker?
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar: Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium bildet die Basis für deinen Einstieg in diese verantwortungsvolle Position
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Dienstleistungen, idealerweise im strategischen Einkauf: Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Ausschreibungen, Vertragsverhandlungen, Lieferantenmanagement, oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen mit
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und PowerPoint: Die sichere Anwendung dieser Tools ist für deine tägliche Arbeit unerlässlich
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1): Du kommunizierst souverän auf Deutsch und Englisch sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
Herausragende Kundenergebnisse erzielen: Du verstehst die Perspektive unserer Kunden tiefgehend, antizipierst ihre Bedürfnisse und übertriffst kontinuierlich ihre Erwartungen mit einer ganzheitlichen Sichtweise
