Job description
Deine Aufgaben
- Als Leitstandfahrer (w/m/d) im Schichtbetrieb bedienst und überwachst du die gesamte Anlagentechnik bestehend aus Wasserrohrkessel mit Rostfeuerung, Dampfturbine, allen Nebenanlagen sowie der Leittechnik von der Leitwarte aus
- Du führst Kontrollgänge durch die Anlage sowie Fehler- und Störungsanalysen durch
- Du greifst bei Unregelmäßigkeiten und Störungen ein, beauftragst die Instandhaltung zur Störungsbeseitigung und führst Freischaltungen aus und überwachst diese
- Du wirst bei der Anlagenoptimierung mit und unterstützt ggf. bei der Wartung und Reparatur der Anlagen vor Ort
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem elektrotechnischen bzw. metallverarbeitenden Beruf (vorzugsweise Mechatroniker, Elektriker oder Industriemechaniker)
- Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Kraftwerker oder Kesselwärter und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Schichtbetrieb eines Kraftwerks oder eines Produktionsbetriebes wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der EMSR-Technik und der Bedienung moderner Prozessleitsysteme (idealerweise PCS7) sowie Kenntnisse in der Datenverarbeitung (im Umgang mit SAP und/oder MS Office)
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2), Tauglichkeit für den Schichtbetrieb, Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung, Selbständigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Flexibilität
