Job description
Deine Aufgaben
- Du berätst Führungskräfte, insbesondere den Betriebsleiter, in allen Fragen des Gesundheits-, Arbeits- und Umweltschutzes
- Du erstellst, aktualisierst und dokumentierst Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und sorgst für deren Praxistauglichkeit
- Du führst Unterweisungen und Schulungen im HSE-Bereich durch und stärkst damit das Sicherheitsbewusstsein im Team
- Du pflegst und entwickelst das Gefahrstoffkataster sowie die relevanten HSE-Dokumentationen weiter
- Du nutzt und administrierst HSE-Anwendungssoftware (z. B. Maqsima, SAM) und unterstützt die Fachbereiche bei deren Anwendung
- Du begleitest interne und externe Audits und unterstützt bei Begehungen durch Behörden oder Zertifizierungsstellen
- Du analysierst Unfall- und Beinaheunfall-Meldungen und leitest daraus gezielte Präventionsmaßnahmen ab
- Du arbeitest eng mit Betrieb, Instandhaltung und Fachabteilungen zusammen, um HSE-Anforderungen in tägliche Arbeitsabläufe zu integrieren
- Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung der Sicherheits- und Umweltkultur im Unternehmen aktiv voran
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Sicherheit, Umwelt, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im HSE-Bereich, idealerweise in einem industriellen Umfeld oder im Kraftwerksbetrieb
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Gesetze, Verordnungen, Richtlinien und Normen
- Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa) wünschenswert
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit HSE-Managementsystemen (z. B. ISO 45001, ISO 14001) sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und HSE-Software (z. B. Maqsima, SAM)
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1) sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
