Global Technology Platforms (GTP) entwickelt, betreibt und optimiert fortlaufend hochverfügbare Plattformen, die auf die gesamte Organisation zugeschnitten sind, und ermöglicht es der E.ON Gruppe, ihre wertschöpfenden Produkte schnell, stabil, automatisiert und kostengünstig voran zu bringen. Digital Workplace schafft eine nahtlose und effiziente digitale Arbeitsumgebung, um die Produktivität der E.ON-Mitarbeiter zu steigern. Die Domain Productivity (M365) ermöglicht es allen E.ON-Mitarbeiter:innen einfach digital zu kommunizieren und zusammenzuarbeiten.

Deine Rolle - sinnhaft & wertvoll
• Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung des gruppenweiten Microsoft Copilot und Power Platform Portfolios als Teil des zentralen Produktteams mit Fokus auf Nutzerbedürfnisse, technische Machbarkeit und strategische Ausrichtung
• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Governance-Frameworks durch Admin Center, AI Inventory und bspw. Environmentsetup inkl. Definition und Durchsetzung von Security- und Compliance-Richtlinien (z. B. DLP-Policies, RBAC, Azure AD-Integration, ...)
• Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotentialen wie Implementierung von Automatisierungen, Skripten oder CLI-Tools sowie Monitoring-/Reporting- und Audit-Lösungen zur Nachverfolgung von Agents, Änderungen und Nutzungsstatistiken
• Definition und Nutzung von Metriken zur aktiven Messung der User Experience und Einflüsse operativer Aktivitäten
• Formen und Sicherstellen von Fokusthemen zur Beratung und Schulung von Fachbereichen zu Best Practices und Fragen im Umgang mit Copilot und der Low-Code-Entwicklung von Agents unter internen Rahmenbedingung
• Dokumentation von Prozessen, Architekturen und Schnittstellen zur Transparenz innerhalb der Organisation sowie zu Business Einheiten
• Zusammenarbeit und fachliche Führung von technischen Diskussionen mit Stakeholdern wie IT-Security, Datenschutz, Architektur und Infrastruktur-Teams, aber auch Kommunikation und Enablement

Dein Profil - authentisch & neugierig
• Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts‑)Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration und Governance von M365 Copilot und Copilot Studio sowie Microsoft Power Platform Lösungen (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) und deren Betrieb (Center of Excellence, Date Loss Prevention Policies)
• Tiefgehendes Verständnis von Sicherheitsarchitekturen (Entra ID, Conditional Access, RBAC, Privileged Identity Management)
• Versierter Umgang mit Skriptsprachen (PowerShell, Azure CLI) und CI/CD-Prozessen und dem Microsoft KI Portfolio
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in DevOps-Prinzipien, CI/CD-Prozessen und dem Betrieb produktiver Systeme mit ausgeprägten analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten sowie hoher Serviceorientierung
• Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert aufzubereiten und adressatengerecht auf Deutsch und Englisch (sehr gute Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift) zu kommunizieren
