Deine Mission

Der Developer – Inspire Interactive / Designer verantwortet die technische Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Formularlösungen im Customer Correspondence Management. Du entwickelst, pflegst und integrierst Formulare auf Basis von Daten aus Billing- und CRM-Systemen und sorgst dafür, dass bestehende und neue Systemlandschaften nahtlos miteinander verbunden sind. Im Kontext der Transformation der Billing-Plattform gestaltest Du den Übergang zwischen Bestands- und Zielarchitektur aktiv mit und stellst sicher, dass Formulare, Prozesse und Datenstrukturen konsistent und zukunftsfähig umgesetzt werden.

Formularlösungen entwickeln & weiterentwickeln
Du entwickelst Formulare mit Quadient Inspire Designer und Interactive, passt bestehende Lösungen an und optimierst sie kontinuierlich, damit stabile und nutzerorientierte Ergebnisse entstehen

Fachliche Anforderungen technisch umsetzen
Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen analysierst Du, integrierst sie strukturiert in bestehende Formular-Templates und überführst sie in funktionale Formularlogiken

Dynamische Logiken implementieren
Mit JavaScript setzt Du komplexe, dynamische Formularlogiken um und stellst flexible und performante Lösungen sicher

Systeme vernetzen & Daten nutzen
Strukturierte Daten aus Billing- und CRM-Systemen wie XML verarbeitest Du sicher und bindest sie effizient in die Formularerstellung ein, inklusive technischer Anbindung an liefernde Systeme

Transformation aktiv begleiten
Bestehende Formulare passt Du im Rahmen der Migration in die neue Billing-Welt an und entwickelst sie weiter, damit der Übergang zwischen alten und neuen Systemstrukturen reibungslos funktioniert

Fehler analysieren & Stabilität sichern
Fehler in Formularen, Datenanbindungen und Ausgabestrecken analysierst Du systematisch und behebst sie nachhaltig, um einen stabilen Betrieb sicherzustellen

Tests durchführen & Dokumentation pflegen
Entwickler- und Integrationstests führst Du eigenständig durch und pflegst technische Dokumentationen zu Formularen, Schnittstellen und Prozessen kontinuierlich

Bist Du unser Playmaker?

Ausbildung mit technischem Fundament
Du hast ein Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und kannst technische Zusammenhänge schnell erfassen und strukturiert umsetzen

Berufserfahrung in Formular- und Systementwicklung
Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung von etwa 3–5 Jahren in einer vergleichbaren Rolle mit, idealerweise im Konzernumfeld, Kenntnisse der Energiebranche sind ein Plus

Formular-Stack: Quadient Inspire und SAP Forms
Sehr gute praktische Erfahrung mit Quadient Inspire Designer und Interactive sowie Kenntnisse in SAP-Formularentwicklung wie Adobe Forms oder SmartForms zeichnen Dich aus, ein Grundverständnis von Inspire Scaler ergänzt Dein Profil

JavaScript für Templates und Logiken
JavaScript setzt Du routiniert ein, um flexible Formularlogiken umzusetzen und bestehende Templates funktional weiterzuentwickeln

CRM- und Schnittstellenkompetenz
Mit CRM-Systemen, insbesondere SAP CE und SAP CRM, gehst Du sicher um und bringst Erfahrung mit ABAP-basierten Schnittstellen im SAP-Umfeld mit

Daten, Modelle und Systemlandschaften
Du arbeitest sicher mit strukturierten Daten wie XML und verstehst komplexe Datenmodelle, IT-Infrastruktur sowie Schnittstellenarchitekturen

Kommunikation, Lernfähigkeit und Sprache
Du vermittelst technische Inhalte klar und adressatengerecht, nutzt KI-Lösungen produktiv, lernst neue Technologien schnell und kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch C1 sowie Englisch mindestens B2
