Unser Team plant, setzt um und optimiert datenbasierte Retention- und Activation-Kampagnen wertorientiert. Durch gezielte Analyse und Automatisierung wird die Kampagnenperformance messbar gesteigert und eine zielgerichtete Ansprache relevanter Zielgruppen sichergestellt.
Dein Spielfeld
Kampagnen operativ planen und steuern
Du übernimmst die operative Planung, Aussteuerung und das Reporting der jeweiligen Kampagne und erzielst greifbare Ergebnisse
Kommunikationsmittel und Abschlusstrecken erstellen
Die Erstellung und das Einbriefen von Kommunikationsmitteln, Next Best Actions und Abschlusstrecken liegen in Deiner Verantwortung, um herausragende Kundenergebnisse zu erzielen
Angebote auswählen und abstimmen
In Abstimmung mit dem strategischen Kampagnenmanager wählst Du passende Angebote aus und setzt diese gezielt ein
Datenanalysen und Zielgruppeninsights nutzen
Du bindest Datenanalysen und Zielgruppeninsights ein, um die Strategie kontinuierlich zu optimieren und innovative Lösungen voranzutreiben
Marketingautomatisierung und A/B-Tests betreuen
Die Betreuung von Marketingautomatisierung, E-Mail-Kampagnen und A/B-Tests zur Steigerung der Kampagnenperformance gehört zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich
Performance Dialoge unterstützen und Gegensteuerungsmaßnahmen identifizieren
Du arbeitest an Performance Dialogen mit und identifizierst sowie führst Gegensteuerungsmaßnahmen für Deine Kampagnen durch

Studium im relevanten Bereich
Ein laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Data Science, Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikation oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang bildet die Basis für Deinen datengetriebenen Arbeitsstil
Kampagnenmanagement-Expertise
Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Kampagnenmanagement-Prozesse ermöglichen Dir das operative Aufsetzen und Durchführen von Kampagnen
Analytische Stärke, Messbarkeit und datengetriebenes Arbeiten
Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, ein datengetriebener Arbeitsstil und die Fähigkeit, Kampagneneffekte durch A/B-Tests oder Performance-KPIs messbar zu machen, zeichnen Dich aus
Dialogmarketing-Erfahrung
Erfahrung im Dialogmarketing und die Bereitschaft, innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln, bringst Du mit
Proaktive, strukturierte und hands-on-orientierte Arbeitsweise
Du handelst eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und packst Herausforderungen aktiv an
Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikation und Sprachkenntnisse
