Data & Analytics Specialist (m/f/d)
Job description
Deine Aufgaben
- Du arbeitest funktionsübergreifend mit dem Research- und Knowledge-Management-Team, den Beratungsteams sowie Partnern zusammen, um Projektanforderungen zu klären, Analysen zu strukturieren und klare, umsetzbare Ergebnisse zu präsentieren
- Deine Arbeit liefert datenbasierte Erkenntnisse, die Projektempfehlungen und interne Initiativen direkt unterstützen
- Eine weitere zentrale Aufgabe ist die Mitwirkung an der Konzeption, dem Testen und dem Rollout von KI-Anwendungsfällen und Prototypen zur Verbesserung von Research- und Knowledge-Workflows
- Du entwickelst und pflegst Dashboards, Berichte und Visualisierungen, um komplexe Informationen für interne und externe Stakeholder verständlich aufzubereiten
- Zur Unterstützung der Projektteams und Direktoren sammelst, bereinigst und kombinierst du Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen und überführst sie in strukturierte Analysen
- Du recherchierst und analysierst Themen der Energiewende, wie erneuerbare Energien, Netzinfrastruktur-Modernisierung, Elektrifizierung und Dekarbonisierung
- Durch die kontinuierliche Beobachtung von Fortschritten bei Energietechnologien, regulatorischen Entwicklungen und Markttrends trägst du zur Stärkung der Thought Leadership von ECON bei
Dein Profil
- Ein Masterabschluss in Data Science, Analytics oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet belegt deine herausragenden akademischen Leistungen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Datenvisualisierungstools (z. B. Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate) sowie in Software für statistische Analysen (z. B. R, Python).
- Du bringst eine hohe analytische Kompetenz, eine strukturierte Problemlösungsfähigkeit sowie eine proaktive Kundenorientierung mit und arbeitest selbstständig
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch
- Idealerweise bringst du mindestens ein Jahr relevante Berufserfahrung in einem Beratungsumfeld oder im Energiesektor mit
- Kenntnisse von KI-Konzepten und -Tools zur Unterstützung des Knowledge Managements sind von Vorteil
- Ein fundiertes Verständnis des Beratungsumfelds und/oder der Dynamiken des Energiemarkts rundet dein Profil ab
