  • Strategic Change Planning: Lead the development and implementation of strategic change initiatives aligned with the overall FEH strategy and make decisions on the sequencing and prioritization of transformation projects
  • Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of transformation initiatives across FEH and make decisions on communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with markets and teams to ensure alignment of transformation initiatives with business unit goals and make decisions coordination to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
  • Talent Development and Training: Develop training programs with HR to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce in alignment with transformation goals and make decisions on talent development initiatives and learning resources

A convincing background

  • Masters Degree in business, organizational development, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in transformation management, change management, or a strategic planning role
  • Project management or change management certifications are beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German add. languages are a plus
  • Ability to lead organizational change initiatives and drive cultural transformation. In addition advanced project management skills to oversee complex transformation projects
  • Strategic planning skills to align transformation initiatives with FEH goals
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • A forward-thinking and innovative approach to drive continuous improvement
