Gestaltung mit Verantwortung – dein Beitrag
In dieser Rolle bist du zentrale Anlaufstelle für Design- und Markenfragen. Du setzt kreative Anforderungen in hochwertige visuelle Lösungen um – immer markengerecht, kanalübergreifend und im engen Austausch mit internen und externen Partnern.
Deine Aufgaben in der Welt der Energie
Prüfung, Bearbeitung und Kommentierung eingehender Design-Anfragen – strukturiert, serviceorientiert und qualitätsbewusst
Beratung und Unterstützung interner Stakeholder sowie externer Dienstleister (z. B. Kreativagenturen) zur Einhaltung der Brand Guidelines
Gestaltung & Umsetzung: Bildbearbeitung, Retusche, Erstellen von Illustrationen, Icons und Grafiken; Layout-Erstellung für Print & Digital, Reinzeichnung und Druckdatenerstellung
Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit Auftraggeber:innen zur Sicherstellung der Design- und Servicequalität
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Expert:innen aus Bereichen wie Legal, Corporate Communications und weiteren Fachabteilungen
Mitwirkung bei Reportings sowie bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse
Bringe deine Stärken ein – Erfahrung & Persönlichkeit
Ausbildung oder Studium im Kommunikationsdesign oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Design-Umfeld – idealerweise auf Kunden- und Agenturseite
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, MS PowerPoint und wünschenswert: Erfahrung mit JIRA und Motion Design
Gutes Gespür für Markenästhetik und sicheres Agieren in komplexen Strukturen
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Du denkst analytisch und konzeptionell, arbeitest schnell und präzise
Du bringst Eigenverantwortung, Flexibilität und Organisationstalent mit und bist ein aktiver Teamplayer mit lösungsorientierter Haltung
Du hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Dinge weiterzuentwickeln und bist bereit zu reisen – für Workshops, Abstimmungen oder Teamformate
