Betriebsleiter im Biomasse-Heizkraftwerk (w/m/d)
Job description
Deine Aufgaben
- Du führst den Kraftwerksbetrieb fachlich und organisatorisch – inklusive deiner Schicht- und Instandhaltungsmannschaft – und stellst einen sicheren, rechtskonformen und wirtschaftlichen Betrieb sicher
- Du sorgst für eine effiziente, CO₂-arme Energieversorgung und koordinierst den Anlagenbetrieb mit dem Kunden sowie der E.ON Energy Projects GmbH in München
- Du überwachst die Schichtbesetzung und sorgst für aktuelle Schicht-, Betriebs- und Fachanweisungen sowie Gefährdungsbeurteilungen
- Du planst und steuerst die Instandhaltung, von laufenden Maßnahmen über Revisionsstillstände bis zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung
- Du erstellst und verantwortest das Instandhaltungs- und Betriebskostenbudget und leitest daraus Optimierungen ab
- Du steuerst Umbaumaßnahmen und Sonderprojekte, von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung
- Du berichtest regelmäßig an die Geschäftsführung und sorgst für transparente Kommunikation
- Du hältst den Kontakt zu Behörden und bist Teil der Rufbereitschaft zur Sicherstellung des Anlagenbetriebs
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Energietechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder Elektrotechnik
- Langjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb und der Instandhaltung von Energieerzeugungsanlagen
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Biomasseanlagen, Rostfeuerung, Rauchgasreinigung und Dampfturbinen
- Führungserfahrung, idealerweise in einem technischen oder schichtgeprägten Umfeld
- Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie in der Planung und Steuerung von Budgets
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Regelwerken sowie mit Anforderungen an Arbeits- und Anlagensicherheit
- Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools (z. B. Leitsysteme, Instandhaltungssoftware)
