Im Team gestaltest du aktiv die Energiewende mit und übernimmst Verantwortung für die Umsetzung moderner Ladeparks. Dein Spielfeld
Umsetzung von Ladeparks verantworten
Du koordinierst eigenständig die Kontraktoren auf der Baustelle und übernimmst die Führung für neue Energieprojekte – mit Begeisterung und Elan.
HSE-Anforderungen und Bauüberwachung sicherstellen
Achtsam handelst du, priorisierst Sicherheit und setzt Vision Zero konsequent um, während du die Bau- und Montagearbeiten überwachst.
Berichtswesen und Prozessoptimierung gestalten
Mit einer ganzheitlichen Sichtweise berichtest du an die Projektleitung und treibst die Optimierung von Bau- und Montageprozessen voran.
Nachunternehmer koordinieren und Claims managen
Du bewertest und verhandelst Claims, schließt starke Partnerschaften und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe.
Arbeitsschutz- und Sicherheitseinweisungen durchführen
Du inspirierst andere, indem du Sicherheitseinweisungen für Fachbauleiter und Bauleiter der Nachunternehmer durchführst und das Playmaker Mindset lebst.
Baustellen-Tagebuch überwachen und Hausrecht ausüben
Mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein dokumentierst du alle Vorgänge und sorgst für Ordnung auf der Baustelle.
Abnahmen vorbereiten und Inbetriebnahme begleiten
Du unterstützt und kontrollierst alle erforderlichen Abnahmen und übergibst die Anlage mit Begeisterung an den Kunden.
Bist du unser Playmaker?
Technische Ausbildung oder Meisterqualifikation
Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker oder Meister im Bereich Tiefbau, Elektrotechnik, Anlagenbau, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Baustellenpraxis
Deine Erfahrung im Tiefbau (Netzausbau, Kabelbau, Glasfaser) bildet die Grundlage für deinen Erfolg auf der Baustelle
Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Du übernimmst volle Verantwortung für deine Aufgaben, agierst analytisch und triffst datenbasierte Entscheidungen
Sicheres Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit
Integrativ und mit Empathie arbeitest du im Team, unterstützt und motivierst Kolleg:innen und schaffst ein leistungsstarkes Umfeld
Kommunikation und Sprachkenntnisse
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2) bringst du mit, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus – du pflegst Beziehungen, kommunizierst klar und baust Vertrauen auf
Flexibilität und Mobilität
Deine Reisetätigkeit beträgt ca. 3 Tage pro Woche, an den anderen Tagen arbeitest du flexibel aus dem Home Office; ein Dienstwagen steht dir selbstverständlich zur Verfügung
