Job description
Deine Aufgaben
- Du betreust unsere Fernwärmekunden in unseren Netzen, führst den Kundendienst durch und erkennst ihre Bedürfnisse frühzeitig, um optimal darauf einzugehen
- Du führst die technische Betriebsführung durch, achtest auf Gesundheit und Sicherheit (HS) und setzt Vision Zero konsequent um
- Du sorgst für fachgerechte Wartung, Instandsetzung, Prüfung und Reinigung der Anlagenteile, um Leistung und Effizienz sicherzustellen
- Du überwachst unsere Fernwärmeanlagen, dokumentierst Betriebsdaten und analysierst sie zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
- Du weist Fremdfirmen auf Baustellen an und stellst sicher, dass unsere Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem anerkannten Ausbildungsberuf, idealerweise in den Bereichen Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Sanitär-, Klima- oder Regelungstechnik bzw. Elektrotechnik
- Eigenverantwortliche, ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Fokus auf Sicherheit und Qualität
- Analytisches Denken kombiniert mit technischem Know-how für die Lösung komplexer technischer Aufgaben
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Kontaktfreudigkeit und Teamgeist sowie aktive Unterstützung der Kollegen für ein harmonisches Miteinander
- Hohe Veränderungsbereitschaft, schnelle Anpassungsfähigkeit und Flexibilität, einschließlich Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Rufbereitschaften
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen, verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und Führerschein der Klasse B
