Unser Team entwickelt, optimiert und automatisiert KI-gestützte Prozesse im Kampagnenmanagement für Retention- und Activation-Maßnahmen. Durch den Einsatz moderner AI-Technologien und datengetriebener Analysen werden Zielgruppen personalisiert angesprochen, Kampagnen effizient gesteuert und die Kundenbindung nachhaltig gestärkt.

Du entwickelst, implementierst und optimierst AI-basierte Prozesse für Retention- und Activation-Kampagnen und setzt innovative Lösungen um
Kampagnenabläufe automatisieren
Im CRM automatisierst Du Kampagnenabläufe unter Berücksichtigung von Personalisierung und Performance, um herausragende Kundenergebnisse zu erzielen
Zusammenarbeit mit Analytics- und Data-Science-Teams
In enger Abstimmung mit Kampagnen-, Analytics- und Data-Science-Teams integrierst Du neue AI-Modelle und teilst aktiv Dein Wissen, um gemeinsam zu wachsen
Bist Du unser Playmaker?
Abgeschlossenes Studium
Ein Studium in Data Science, Marketing Technology, Wirtschaftsinformatik, CRM-Management oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet hast Du erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bist bereit, über die eigenen Grenzen hinauszuwachsen
CRM- und Automatisierungskompetenz
Fundierte Kenntnisse in CRM-Systemen (z. B. Salesforce) und Marketing-Automatisierung ermöglichen Dir, Prozesse effizient zu gestalten und Veränderungen als Chance zu nutzen
AI-Technologie-Erfahrung im Marketing
Erfahrung mit AI-Technologien wie Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics oder Natural Language Processing bringst Du mit und treibst innovative Lösungen voran
Analyse- und Tool-Kompetenz
Mit Analysetools wie SQL, Python, Power BI oder Tableau gehst Du sicher um und triffst datenbasierte Entscheidungen auf Basis relevanter Kampagnen-KPIs
