Unser Team

Das Treasury-Team verantwortet die Liquiditätsplanung und -steuerung, das Cash Management, den Zahlungsverkehr sowie das Treasury-Reporting der E.ON Energie Deutschland GmbH und ihrer Tochtergesellschaften. Damit schaffen wir eine verlässliche Grundlage für die finanzielle Steuerung. Darüber hinaus treiben wir Treasury-Projekte, interne Finanzierungslösungen und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Treasury-Prozesse voran.

Du entwickelst die kurz- und langfristige Liquiditätsplanung weiter, analysierst Abweichungen und leitest daraus konkrete Steuerungsimpulse ab

Tochtergesellschaften beraten

Als Treasury Business Partner berätst du unsere Tochtergesellschaften zu Liquidität, Cash Management, Zahlungsverkehr, Finanzierung und weiteren Treasury-relevanten Fragestellungen

Treasury-Reporting weiterentwickeln

Unser Treasury-Reporting entwickelst du kontinuierlich weiter und schaffst mit aussagekräftigen Analysen sowie Power-BI-Dashboards Transparenz für Managemententscheidungen

Digitalisierung und Automatisierung umsetzen

Du identifizierst Potenziale für Digitalisierung und Automatisierung, entwickelst skalierbare Lösungen und setzt diese gemeinsam mit Finance-, IT- und Data-Stakeholdern um, beispielsweise in Forecasting, Reporting und Prozesssteuerung

Projekte und Finanzierungslösungen gestalten

Du wirkst an strategischen Treasury-Projekten, internen Finanzierungslösungen und der Integration neuer Gesellschaften mit und stellst dabei effiziente Prozesse sowie die Einhaltung relevanter Governance- und Kontrollanforderungen sicher

Bist Du unser Playmaker?

Studium mit finanzwirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.

Treasury-Erfahrung
Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung im Treasury, Cash Management, in der Liquiditätsplanung oder im Treasury-Reporting mit.

Finance- und Treasury-Prozesse
Du hast Erfahrung in der Analyse, Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Finance- oder Treasury-Prozessen.

Excel und Datenvisualisierung
Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel, einschließlich Power Query, und hast praktische Erfahrung mit Power BI oder vergleichbaren Analytics- und Visualisierungslösungen.

SAP und Treasury-Systeme
Du hast Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA und/oder Treasury-Management-Systemen sowie gute Kenntnisse in SAP und TMS.

Automatisierungstechnologien
Kenntnisse in Automatisierungstechnologien sowie in SQL, Python oder Power Automate sind für dich von Vorteil.

Analyse, Prozesse und Umsetzung
Du zeichnest dich durch ein ausgeprägtes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen aus, verstehst Prozesse und Daten ganzheitlich und überzeugst durch hohe Eigeninitiative sowie Umsetzungsstärke von der Identifikation eines Verbesserungspotenzials bis zur nachhaltigen Implementierung.

Business Partnering und Sprachen
Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Business-Partnering-Fähigkeiten und schaffst es, zwischen Fachbereich, IT und Management zu vermitteln. Abgerundet wird dein Profil durch Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau und Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau.
