Unser Team
Im EDG Strategie Team gestaltest Du die Zukunft des E.ON Retail Geschäfts in Deutschland aktiv mit. Gemeinsam entwickeln wir strategische Antworten auf Marktveränderungen, identifizieren neue Wachstumsfelder und begleiten die Transformation unseres Unternehmens. Dabei agieren wir als Impulsgeber für die Geschäftsführung und arbeiten eng mit dem Business, insbesondere in den Bereichen Politik & Regulierung, ESG und M&A, zusammen.

Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit wirtschaftlicher, naturwissenschaftlicher oder technischer Ausrichtung bildet die Basis deines Profils
Berufserfahrung & Branchenkenntnis
Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Strategie und/oder Managementberatung sowie vielfältige Einblicke in verschiedene Branchen und Unternehmensbereiche, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung im Vertriebsgeschäft und Kenntnisse der Energiewirtschaft, zeichnen dich aus
Projektleitung & Agilität
Fundierte Erfahrung in der Leitung agiler Projektteams und die Fähigkeit, Veränderungen als Chance zu begreifen, zeichnen dich aus. Du hast den Willen, Themen in einer komplexen Struktur zu treiben und innovative Ideen durchzusetzen und zu kultivieren
