Job description
Unser Team
Als Abteilung Customer Intelligence & AI (CIA) gestalten wir den Vertrieb der Zukunft: ein digitales, datengetriebenes und personalisiertes Kundenmanagement. Wir verbinden Unternehmensstrategie mit einem tiefgreifenden Kundenverständnis, um wirkungsvolle Vertriebsstrategien zu entwickeln und unsere Kundenkontakte und Journeys intelligent zu designen. Für ein nahtloses Kundenerlebnis managen wir den gesamten Kampagnenprozess end‑to‑end – von der datengetriebenen Kampagnenplanung und Zielgruppenselektion über die Erarbeitung personalisierter Inhalte bis hin zur Erfolgsmessung und der Ableitung strategischer Learnings. Mit unserem AI@CCO Lab definieren wir hierbei das Operating Model für den Energievertrieb der Zukunft.

Entwicklung datenbasierter Vertriebsstrategien
Du entwickelst und überprüfst die Ausrichtung der Kampagnen-, Daten- und Tech-Strategie im Vertrieb mit einem Schwerpunkt auf personalisierten und automatisierten Treatments unserer ca. 7 Mio. Bestandskunden
Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Kundenanalysen
Du vertiefst unser Verständnis für Trends, Marktentwicklungen, Wettbewerbsaktivitäten, Best Practices und Kundenbedürfnisse, um Impulse für unsere Strategie und unser Operating Model im Kampagnenmanagement abzuleiten
KI-getriebene Prozessoptimierung & Automatisierung
Du entwickelst unser Operating Model im Kampagnenmanagement weiter, indem du bestehende Prozesse hinterfragst, Optimierungs- und Automatisierungskonzepte (inkl. KI-gestützter Ansätze) erarbeitest und strukturiert priorisierst
Strategisches Projektmanagement
Du treibst als „Intrapreneur“ strategisch relevante und impact-orientierte Initiativen voran (z. B. Entwicklung eines Customer-Engagement-Modells) und orchestrierst fachübergreifend relevante Stakeholder
Entscheidungsvorlagen und Reporting
Du erarbeitest strategische Analysen und datenbasierte Handlungsempfehlungen und erstellst darauf aufbauend präzise, zielgruppengerechte Reports und Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management
Bist du unser Playmaker?
Abgeschlossenes Studium
Ein Studium in Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften, Data Science oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet hast du erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bist bereit, über dich hinauszuwachsen
Erfahrung in (Vertriebs-)Strategie
Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Managementberatung, Strategie, Vertrieb oder Business Intelligence – vorzugsweise in vertragsbasierten oder ähnlichen Geschäftsfeldern (z. B. Energie, Telco, Versicherungen)
Leitung agiler Projekte
Projektleitungserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Führung agiler Projektteams – du treibst Themen in dynamischen und komplexen Umfeldern voran und orchestrierst relevante Stakeholder
Analytische Kompetenz
Du kannst komplexe und große Datensätze analysieren und darauf basierend Modelle entwickeln. Erfahrung mit gängigen CRM‑Tools (z. B. Snowflake, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud), Data Analytics (inkl. SQL) und Agentic AI ist von Vorteil
Unternehmerisches Handeln
