Job description

Tasks

  • Assisting in project planning and coordination for M&A transactions and the structuring of strategic partnerships
  • Conducting desk research, market analysis, and identification of startups
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of deals
  • Supporting senior team members in project documentation preparation and stakeholder communication
  • Leading the planning and organization of project-related meetings and workshops

Qualifications

  • You are an outstanding academic performer and currently completing a master's degree course in Business, Economics, or Engineering
  • You have already gained some basic hands-on experience in the international arena – providing you with initial insights into the consulting sector and/or energy industry
  • You are fluent in English, German would be considered a plus
  • You have a pronounced capacity for analytic thinking and attention to detail
  • Your precise, structured communication skills let you win others over easily
