We are looking for a motivated and versatile working student to support our Conversational AI Team. This position offers a unique combination of tasks in the areas of project management support (PMO), marketing, and conversational AI.

Tasks:

Project Management Office (PMO) Support:

• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of team workshops, hackathons, and external sessions (e.g., creating Miro boards or templates).
• Help maintain and update internal documentation (e.g., project overviews, timelines, delivery tracking).
• Support the enhancement and maintenance of internal slide decks and materials
• Conduct desk research (e.g., platform benchmarks, industry best practices, technical comparisons).

Marketing Support:

• Contribute to the creation of content for flyers and events.
• Assist in preparing materials and ideas for webinars and podcasts.
• Help develop demo videos for LinkedIn, internal updates, and the OneVoice website – in collaboration with design & video experts.

Conversational AI Support (Optional/Flexible):

• Assist in testing new conversation flows and use cases.
• Help in training and refining NLU models.
• Support documentation efforts for conversation designs, technical processes, and architecture
• Help prepare demo bots, including adaptation for new languages or use case scenarios.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Business Informatics, Computational Linguistics, or a related field
• Interest in Conversational AI
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a hands-on, proactive mindset
• Creative thinking and a good eye for detail in visual and textual content
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with audio and video editing (e.g., for webinars or demo videos) is a plus
• Fluency in German and English is required
