Deine Aufgaben
- Du wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung des Supply Chain Trainingsprogramms und deren Inhalten mit
- Du führst eigenständige Reportings und Analysen zu wesentlichen Kennzahlen der Supply Chain Organisation durch
- Du unterstützt die Kommunikation in der gruppenweiten Supply Chain, z.B. durch Intranetbeiträge
- Du unterstützt abgegrenzte organisatorische und prozessuale Themen der Supply Chain, wie z.B. das Lieferantenmanagement
- Du assistierst beim fachlichen Roll-out bzw. Einführung von neuen digitalen Lösungen z.B. durch die Koordination von Schulungen und Dokumentationen oder Videos
Was Du mitbringst
- Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studium, dem HR-Management oder der (Arbeits-und Organisations-) Psychologie und konntest bereits erste relevante Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Weiterentwicklung, Trainingskonzeptionierung und Organisation in vorherigen Praktika/Werkstudententätigkeiten sammeln
- Verständnis von Themenbereichen der Supply Chain Organisation sind wünschenswert
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise aus, besitzt ein analytisches Denkvermögen und trittst souverän im Umgang mit anderen Menschen auf
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit Microsoft Office Programmen (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word) und hast optimalerweise Erfahrungen mit Power BI
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprach-Niveau und fließend Englisch
