Job description

Deine Aufgaben

  • Als Werkstudent:in (w/m/d) bist du Teil unseres HR-Teams und gewinnst vielfältige Einblicke, die vom Recruiting, über Business Partner Tätigkeiten, bis in den HR Consultant Bereich reichen
  • Du unterstützt uns im operativen Tagesgeschäft und managest beispielsweise die Erstellung von Betriebsratsanhörungen und Vertragsdokumenten sowie die Bearbeitung von Mitarbeiteranfragen
  • Du hilfst bei der Koordination von On- und Offboardingprozessen mit
  • Du bist stets im engen Austausch mit den Fachbereichen hinsichtlich aktueller Themen
  • Du unterstützt uns tatkräftig in unseren laufenden HR-Projekten

Dein Profil

  • Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in eines wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studienganges, (Wirtschafts-) Psychologie, oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich sammeln und begeisterst dich für das Thema
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office Programmen
  • Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Maß an Engagement, Eigeninitiative und Zuverlässigkeit aus
  • Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und eine hohe soziale Kompetenz mit
