Job description
Deine Aufgaben
- Du entwickelst mit uns eine Content- und Social Media Strategie für die Wärmewende
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Organisation und Umsetzung von spannenden Kampagnen (z.B. Videos, Intranet, Social Media)
- Du recherchierst und erstellst kreative Inhalte (Texte, Bilder und Videos) für verschiedene Kanäle (v.a. LinkedIn)
- Du wirkst bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Messen & Events mit
- Du hast die wichtigsten KPIs (Impressions, Follower, Engagement-Rate) im Blick, interpretierst diese und leitest daraus Empfehlungen ab.
- Deine Stärke liegt in der Analyse & Aufbereitung relevanter Inhalte für interne und externe Kanäle
- Du arbeitest aktiv in ausgewählten Projekten mit und unterstützt den Energy Infrastructure Solutions Bereich bei verschiedenen Herausforderungen
Dein Profil
- Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in in den Bereichen Marketing, Social Media Management, Digitale Medien, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Germanistik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeit in den Bereichen Kommunikation, PR, Social Media, o.ä.
- Du vernetzt Dich gerne mit anderen Menschen und hast keine Scheu, Dich in Dir neue Themen einzuarbeiten
- Du besitzt gute Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit MS Office (Power Point & Excel), wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen mit Video- und Bildbearbeitungsprogrammen
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Kreativität zur zielgruppenorientierten Gestaltung von Inhalten (Text/Bild/Video) aus und verfügst über sehr gute schriftliche Kommunikationsskills, um komplexe Themen einfach zu erklären
- Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch
- Du bist ein Teamplayer, hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und bist flexibel, eigenständig & strukturiert
