Der Bereich Business Management unterstützt die Technology Group und den Chief Information Officer (CIO) bei der Festlegung und Umsetzung der strategischen Agenda und der Abwicklung des Tagesgeschäfts. Dazu gehören die übergreifende Steuerung und die Form der Zusammenarbeit, sowie die Durchführung strategischer Projekte . Die Verantwortung für die Positionierung des CIO als Vordenker, die übergreifende interne und externe Kommunikation sowie HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) liegt ebenfalls in unserem Bereich.
Deine Rolle – sinnhaft & wertvoll
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Business Management Team und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsinitiativen innerhalb der internationalen Digital Technology Community
- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen (z. B. Hybrid-, Offsite- und Onsite-Mitarbeiterveranstaltungen, Townhalls, Team-Meetings)
- Erstellen und Veröffentlichen ansprechender Inhalte für verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle, einschließlich interner Newsletter, sozialer Medien und Unternehmenspräsentationen
- Verwalten der internen Kommunikationsplattform (Intranet) und Stärkung des Austauschs mit den Kollegen (w/m/d)
- Erstellen von emotionalen Videos und E-Mails (durch den Einsatz von Storytelling-Techniken, z. B. Videos und Podcasts, bewegte Grafiken)
- Verfolgen und Überwachen der Nutzerbeteiligung an den Inhalten (Klick-Analyse, Downloads usw.)
- Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben, einschließlich der Planung von Sitzungen und der Strukturierung von Dokumenten
Dein Profil – authentisch & neugierig
- Du studierst Marketing, Business & Communications, Business Administration, oder ähnliches
- Du hast eine Leidenschaft für Events und Kommunikation und verfügst über gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Du besitzt Liebe zum Detail und hast eine proaktive Arbeits- und Denkweise
- Du beherrschst die Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Video-, Bildbearbeitungs- und Präsentationstools (z.B. Adobe, Miro, Slido)
- Idealerweise hast du erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Kernbotschaften, Zielgruppen, Kanälen und Community Management
- Vorerfahrungen im Bereich Kommunikation, Event- oder Projektmanagement sind von Vorteil
