Unser Communications & Employer Branding Team verbindet Menschen durch Geschichten, Design und ansprechende Inhalte. Als Werkstudent (w/m/d) sammelst du praktische Erfahrungen bei der Unterstützung der internen und externen Kommunikation und hilfst uns, unsere Arbeitgebermarke visuell und verbal zum Leben zu erwecken. Du wirst eng mit erfahrenen Teammitgliedern zusammenarbeiten und an spannenden Projekten mitwirken, die sowohl Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter als auch Tech-Talente und externe Stakeholder erreichen.
Deine Rolle – sinnhaft & wertvoll
Hilfe bei der Entwicklung von Inhalten und Formaten für unsere internen Plattformen, insbesondere für unser Intranet
Gestaltung ansprechender Botschaften durch Bildmaterial, Layouts und Videos
Unterstützung bei Projektkoordination und Inhaltsplanung mit strukturierten und zuverlässigen Beiträgen
- Einblicke in die Unternehmenskommunikation und Medienproduktion in einem professionellen Umfeld
Dein Profil – authentisch & neugierig
- Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule, idealerweise in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Mediendesign, Marketing, Journalismus oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem CMS sowie Freude an der Gestaltung visueller Inhalte mit der Adobe Creative Suite, insbesondere Premiere Pro und Illustrator
- Sichere mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team und aktiver Beitrag zu einer positiven, offenen Teamkultur
- Eigeninitiative, ein gutes Auge fürs Detail und ausgeprägtes Zeitmanagement
- Bereitschaft zur überwiegend virtuellen Zusammenarbeit mit deutschlandweit verteilten Teammitgliedern sowie zu persönlichen Treffen am jeweiligen Bürostandort
