Innovationsbedarfe identifizieren: Mitarbeit bei der Identifikation und Aufbereitung spezifischer Innovationsbedarfe in Bereichen wie Energy Networks, Energy Retail, Energy Infrastructure Solutions und Digital Innovation
Startups finden: Zielorientiertes Scouting von Startups und Durchführung von Marktanalysen für identifizierte Innovationsbedarfe
Companies verbinden: Unterstützung beim Matchmaking zwischen Startups und E.ON Business Units
Potentiale aufzeigen: Mitwirkung u.a. bei der Definition von Pilotprojekten, Analyse der Use-Cases und Erstellung von Business Impact Annahmen, Value Hypothesen sowie projektspezifischer KPIs
Initiativen kommunizieren: Unterstützung der internen und externen Kommunikation über Startup-Partnerschaften
Innovationen präsentieren: Eigenständiges Erstellen von Präsentationen und Auswertungen für interne und externe Zielgruppen
Programme unterstützen: Unterstützung bei Offenen Innovationsprogrammen sowie im Tagesgeschäft – von Ad-hoc-Recherchen bis hin zur Vor- und Nachbereitung von Workshops

Fachliche Qualifikation: Immatrikulierter Student/immatrikulierte Studentin, idealerweise im Masterstudium
Berufliche Erfahrung: Erste praktische Erfahrung, idealerweise in der Energiewirtschaft und/oder in der Arbeit in/mit Startups und großen Corporates
Spezifische Fachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Power Point, Excel und Word; ggf erste Erfahrungen in der Anwendung von Scouting Tools
Technologieaffinität: Starkes Interesse an neuen Technologien (z. B. agentic AI), innovativen Geschäftsmodellen und Venture Building
Stakeholder-Kompetenz: Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder-Management sowie Organisationsarbeit
Analytische Fähigkeiten: Strukturierte und sorgfältige Durchführung von Recherchen und Analysen
Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Starke Kommunikations- und Visualisierungsfähigkeiten
Arbeitsweise: Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise gepaart mit hoher Teamfähigkeit
