Job description
Deine Aufgaben
- Du betreust den Recruiting-Prozess, indem du unsere Recruiting Days vorbereitest und begleitest und unsere Bewerber:innen stehen dabei für dich immer an erster Stelle
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich das primäre Screening eingehender Bewerbungen
- Für Rückfragen der Bewerber:innen stehst du zur Verfügung und gibst einen ersten professionellen Einblick in die E.ON Inhouse Consulting
- In unserem Recruiting Team kennst du alle Prozesse und bringst aktiv neue Ideen für eine bessere Candidate Experience ein
- Das Erstellen von Präsentationen und Reports sowie die Bearbeitung von Reisekosten runden dein Aufgabenpaket ab
Dein Profil
- Du befindest dich derzeit im Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung und hast mindestens drei Fachsemester erfolgreich absolviert
- Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Human Resources sammeln
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und arbeitest dich motiviert in neue, anspruchsvolle Aufgaben ein – eine steile Lernkurve siehst du als Chance
- Eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich ebenso aus wie ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe

How to apply for our vacancies?
At E.ON Inhouse Consulting, we are continuously seeking new talent who are eager to advance their careers and make a real impact with us. Our Recruiting Day, which includes 2-3 case study interviews, offers an excellent opportunity to explore our job vacancies and career opportunities. These interviews can be held on-site or virtually, depending on your availability and preference.
What does an Recruiting Day look like?
An Recruiting Day with us offers an in-depth look into your future career with us. The day consists of 2 to 3 interview rounds. We begin with a company presentation, followed by two case-based interviews with our senior management team. The day offers you the chance to get to know our team and find out more about your individual career opportunities. After the interviews, we are pleased to invite you to an informal lunch with our consultants who are not involved in the recruiting process. In the meantime, our interviewers will compile the results from the first round. If the morning was a success, we will invite you to a final interview. In this interview, two additional interviewers will take the time to reaffirm the positive impression from the first round and address any concerns, paving the way for the final decision. By the end of the day, we provide personal feedback, and successful candidates will receive a contract offer to join our team and start their career with us.

Each interview provides a thorough evaluation of your career potential and fit for our job vacancies. The interview consists of three parts:
We will discuss your expertise, personal background, and what motivates you as a person. This helps us understand your career journey and qualifications for the role.
You will tackle a strategic case study to showcase your problem-solving skills.
Lastly, you’ll have the opportunity to ask us any questions about your potential future role, our career development opportunities, and what it's like working with us.
