Job description
Als Werkstudent Projektmanagement PMO (Project Management Office) (w/m/d) wirst du aktiv an der digitalen Transformation im HR Bereich mitwirken. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Projektteam und den Fachbereichen mehrerer Konzerngesellschaften zusammen, um die Digitalisierung und Optimierung der HR Prozesse im Konzern voranzutreiben. Dies ist eine spannende Gelegenheit, wertvolle Erfahrungen in der Projektarbeit zu sammeln und einen Beitrag zur digitalen Transformation innerhalb HR bei E.ON zu leisten.
Eine Aufgabe, die dich begeistert
- Du unterstützt unser PMO-Team aktiv bei der Erstellung von Reports, Analysen sowie bei der Pflege und Auswertung von Projektdaten in modernen Projektmanagement-Tools
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Qualität – durch Mitwirkung an der Einhaltung von Standards, Durchführung von Qualitätschecks und Dokumentation von Abweichungen
- Du behältst den Überblick über Projektplanung und -steuerung und sorgst für eine strukturierte Dokumentation und zuverlässige Projektkontrolle
- Du bringst frischen Wind ins Team – mit neuen Ideen zur Visualisierung, Strukturierung und methodischen Weiterentwicklung unserer Arbeitsweise
- Du gestaltest unsere Zusammenarbeit aktiv mit, indem du Meetings, Workshops und Präsentationen organisierst und vorbereitest
Ein Background, der uns überzeugt
Du bist in einem relevanten Studiengang in einem fortgeschrittenen Semester, z. B. BWL, HR Management, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Bereich immatrikuliert.
Du hast ausgeprägte analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie einen Sinn für Struktur.
Idealerweise bringst du erste Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit mit.
Es fällt dir leicht, Inhalte zielgruppenorientiert aufzubereiten.
Du kannst sowohl selbstständig als auch kollaborativ in Teams arbeiten.
Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie idealerweise in Atlassian (Jira & Confluence) sowie Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
