Werkstudent Controlling (m/w/d)
Job description

Was dich erwartet?
- Du unterstützt das Controlling Team beim Reporting und Berichtswesen
- Du bereitest Daten auf und erstellst verschiedene Analysen und Auswertungen
- Du hilfst bei der Pflege und Qualitätssicherung der Projektdaten im Projektmanagement-System Vertec
- Du übernimmst im Finance-Bereich verschiedene Aufgaben im Rahmen des Eingangsrechnungsprozesses (u.a. Prüfen von Eingangsrechnungen, Anstoßen von Überweisungen)
- Du arbeitest aktiv im operativen Tagesgeschäft mit und unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung der Buchhaltung
- Du unterstützt und vertrittst den Travel Management Bereich (u. a. bei der Reisekostenprüfung)
- Kleinere Projekte im Bereich Controlling und Travel Management runden dein Arbeitspaket ab
Was bringst du mit?
- Du bist eingeschrieben in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiengang mit dem Schwerpunkt Controlling/Finanzen und hast mind. noch ein Jahr bis zum Abschluss vor dir
- Du überzeugst durch ein hohes analytisches Denkvermögen und eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität
- Du arbeitest sehr selbstständig und zuverlässig und bringst eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein mit
- Durch deine guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (in Englisch wie Deutsch) gewinnst du deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen für deine Ideen
- Du hast fortgeschrittene MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)
- Du bist offen und ein Teamplayer mit internationalem Mindset
