Job description
Unser Team
Unser Team gestaltet aktiv die rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen für digitale Geschäftsmodelle und den Einsatz neuer Technologien im energiewirtschaftlichen Umfeld. Im Fokus stehen Themen wie KI, Datenrecht und E‑Commerce, die gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen vorangetrieben werden. Die Zusammenarbeit erfolgt eng verzahnt mit unterschiedlichen Funktionen, um Innovationen rechtlich sicher und praxisnah umzusetzen. Dabei wird bereichsübergreifend Wissen geteilt und gemeinsam an Lösungen gearbeitet, die die digitale Transformation nachhaltig unterstützen.

Rechtliche Beratung mit Weitblick
Eigenständig bearbeitest Du komplexe Fragestellungen im IT‑, E‑Commerce‑, Wettbewerbs- und Datenschutzrecht und sorgst mit einer ganzheitlichen Sichtweise für rechtssichere Entscheidungen
KI und Datenrecht aktiv gestalten
Die Bewertung von KI-bezogenen Fragestellungen liegt in Deiner Verantwortung, wobei regulatorische Anforderungen analysiert und Risiken fundiert sowie datenbasiert eingeordnet werden
Vertragsgestaltung und Verhandlung
Erstellung und Verhandlung von IT‑, SaaS- und Kooperationsverträgen führst Du eigenverantwortlich durch und entwickelst tragfähige Lösungen mit klarem Fokus auf Qualität und Umsetzung
Digitale Produkte rechtlich begleiten
Die Weiterentwicklung digitaler Produkte und Prozesse wird von Dir unterstützt, indem Du rechtliche Anforderungen frühzeitig integrierst und innovative Ansätze kritisch hinterfragst
Legal Tech und Innovation vorantreiben
Mit Deinem Verständnis für Technologien unterstützt Du den Einsatz und die Weiterentwicklung von Legal Tech-Lösungen und treibst neue Arbeitsweisen aktiv voran
Interdisziplinär zusammenarbeiten
In Projekten arbeitest Du eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen und bringst Deine Expertise ein, um gemeinsam tragfähige und zukunftsorientierte Lösungen zu entwickeln
Bist Du unser Playmaker?
Juristische Qualifikation
Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes zweites juristisches Staatsexamen bildet die Grundlage Deiner Arbeit im deutschen und idealerweise europäischen Recht
Berufserfahrung im relevanten Umfeld
Zwei oder mehr Jahre Erfahrung in einer Kanzlei oder einem Unternehmen ermöglichen Dir, komplexe Sachverhalte sicher einzuordnen und lösungsorientiert zu steuern. Dazu bringst Du die Bereitschaft mit dich in energiewirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge einzuarbeiten
Fachliche Expertise im IT- und Datenschutzrecht
Fundierte Kenntnisse im IT‑Recht, Datenschutzrecht und UWG setzt Du gezielt ein, um rechtliche Fragestellungen strukturiert und praxisnah zu lösen
Digitale Affinität und Innovationsverständnis
Ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an Digitalisierung, KI und neuen Technologien hilft Dir, Entwicklungen frühzeitig zu erkennen und aktiv voranzutreiben
Analytische und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
