Unser Team
Die Qualitas-AMS GmbH ist ein wachsendes mittelständisches Elektrohandwerksunternehmen und Teil der E.ON Drive Germany GmbH. Von der Projektierung und technischen Planung über die Montage und Inbetriebnahme bis zur Instandhaltung bieten wir Lösungen aus einer Hand. Gemeinsam bauen wir die Ladeinfrastruktur für Industrie- und Privatkund:innen weiter aus und verbinden dabei die Vorteile des Mittelstands mit der Stärke der E.ON-Gruppe. Unser Team arbeitet mit Begeisterung an technischen Lösungen für die Elektromobilität und entwickelt sich mit neuen Technologien kontinuierlich weiter.

Klare Präsenz auf der Baustelle
Dein Arbeitsplatz liegt dort, wo unsere Ladeinfrastruktur entsteht: Rund 80 Prozent Deiner Tätigkeit verbringst Du auf den Baustellen, etwa 20 Prozent entfallen auf Aufgaben im Büro
Schnittstelle zwischen Projektleitung und Installation
Als Bindeglied hältst Du die Verbindung zwischen der Projektleitung im Büro und den Installationsteams auf den Baustellen
Elektrotechnische Bauprojekte steuern
Planung, Koordination und Überwachung der elektrotechnischen Bauprojekte liegen ebenso in Deiner Verantwortung wie die Führung und Steuerung des Baustellenpersonals
Qualität und Termine sichern
Für unsere Kund:innen stellst Du die Einhaltung der vereinbarten Qualitätsstandards und Terminvorgaben sicher
Installationen technisch begleiten
Auf der Baustelle unterstützt Du technisch, insbesondere bei elektrotechnischen Messungen sowie bei der Inbetriebnahme von AC- und DC-Ladeinfrastruktur
Bist Du unser Playmaker?
Elektrotechnische Ausbildung
Deine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Elektriker bildet die fachliche Grundlage für diese Position
Erfahrung in Elektrotechnik und Baustellenabwicklung
Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Elektrotechnik und in der Abwicklung von Baustellen verbindest Du mit fundiertem Fachwissen
Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
Im direkten Endkundenkontakt trittst Du kunden- und serviceorientiert auf und überzeugst durch Empathie und Engagement
Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten ist für Dich selbstverständlich, Verantwortung für Deine Aufgaben übernimmst Du konsequent und richtest Dein Handeln auf greifbare Ergebnisse aus
Weiterentwicklung und Elektromobilität
Deine Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterbildung ergänzt Du durch Begeisterung, Elan und Innovationsfreude, um die Zukunft der Elektromobilität mit Deiner Erfahrung mitzugestalten
Mobilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
Mit einem Führerschein der Klasse 3 oder Klasse B, optional Klasse C1, sowie Deiner Reisebereitschaft bleibst Du für verschiedene Einsatzorte flexibel
Kommunikation und Deutschkenntnisse
Klare und wertschätzende Kommunikation mit allen Beteiligten sowie Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau C1 in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab
