Job description
Unser Team
Unser Team verantwortet den Prozess der bilanziellen Abgrenzung für unsere Abrechnungssysteme. Dabei setzen wir konsequent auf Digitalisierung, Automatisierung sowie eine enge End‑to‑End‑Verzahnung mit Beschaffung, Accounting und der Kalkulation von Preisanpassungen. Ziel ist es, eine qualitativ hochwertige und zeitnahe Datenbasis für Beschaffungsmengen, Jahresabschlüsse und Preisanpassungen bereitzustellen

Technische BilA-Prozesssteuerung & Automatisierung
In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die technische Steuerung sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der BilA-relevanten Prozesse in Abrechnungs- und Vorsystemen. Dabei analysierst du bestehende Datenflüsse, identifizierst Automatisierungs- und Stabilitätspotenziale und setzt skalierbare, technisch saubere Lösungen um – von Skripten bis hin zu systemnahen Automatisierungen.
Datenbasierte Steuerung & Weiterentwicklung der BilA Prozesse
Du wertest BilA-Datenbestände programmatisch aus, erkennst Muster, Abweichungen und Anomalien und entwickelst darauf aufbauend Monitoring- und Prüfmechanismen, die eine frühzeitige Fehlererkennung ermöglichen.
Operative Mitarbeit bei der BilA Plausibilisierung
Dabei wirkst du aktiv an der Plausibilisierung von Mengen-, Erlös-, Kosten-, Umlagen- und Netzentgeltabweichungen mit – konsequent datengetrieben und reproduzierbar.
Schnittstelle zwischen Fachlichkeit & IT
Als Bindeglied zwischen Fachbereich und IT übersetzt du BilA-Fachlogiken in technische Anforderungen, entwickelst Fach- und Systemkonzepte und arbeitest eng mit IT, Data Engineering sowie externen Dienstleistern zusammen. Du stellst sicher, dass fachliche Anforderungen systemseitig korrekt, performant und prüfungssicher umgesetzt werden.
Governance, Nachvollziehbarkeit & Audit-Trails
Zudem entwickelst du technische Dokumentations- und Governance-Mechanismen wie Versionierung, Audit-Trails und die Reproduzierbarkeit von Ergebnissen, um eine prüfungs- und revisionssichere BilA-Datenbasis sicherzustellen.
Bist Du unser Playmaker?
Qualifikation & fachlicher Hintergrund
Du bringst ein relevantes Hochschulstudium mit, beispielsweise in den Wirtschafts-, Ingenieur- oder Informatikwissenschaften, oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Alternativ hast du dir fundierte Berufserfahrung im Umfeld von BilA-Prozessen, Abrechnungssystemen sowie im Umgang mit Datenbanken und Data-Warehouse-Strukturen aufgebaut. Sehr gute SQL-Kenntnisse sowie praktische Erfahrung im Einsatz von Python zur Datenanalyse, -validierung und Automatisierung setzt diese Rolle voraus.
Analytische Stärke & Datenaffinität
Der Umgang mit großen und komplexen Datenmengen gehört zu deinen Stärken. Du erkennst Zusammenhänge, Abweichungen und Muster in BilA-Daten und leitest daraus fundierte fachliche Bewertungen, Handlungsempfehlungen und Entscheidungen für BilA-Zyklen, Plausibilisierung und nachgelagerte Verwendungszwecke ab.
Energiewirtschaftliches Prozess- und Systemverständnis
Du verfügst über fundiertes energiewirtschaftliches Know-how sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis zentraler Prozesse und Zusammenhänge entlang der Wertschöpfungskette, etwa in Abrechnung, BilA, Beschaffung oder Jahresabschluss. Es fällt dir leicht, dich tief in komplexe energiewirtschaftliche Datenmodelle, Simulationen und Systemlogiken einzuarbeiten und deren Auswirkungen fachlich zu bewerten. Die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von BilA-Prozessen, das Identifizieren von Optimierungspotenzialen sowie der gezielte Einsatz digitaler, automatisierter und datengetriebener Lösungen motivieren dich.
Arbeitsweise & Mindset
Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und eigenverantwortlich und behältst auch bei komplexen Fragestellungen stets den Überblick. Herausforderungen gehst du proaktiv an und bringst die Bereitschaft mit, Verantwortung in einem kritischen, termin- und qualitätsgetriebenen Prozessumfeld zu übernehmen.
Kommunikationsstärke und Sprachkenntnisse
Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit gelingt Dir durch starke Moderations‑, Stakeholder‑ und Projektmanagement‑Fähigkeiten, unterstützt durch sichere Deutschkenntnisse auf C1‑Niveau und solide Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B2‑Level.
