Job description
Eine Aufgabe, die dich begeistert
Teamsteuerung & Führung: Fachliche Führung und Steuerung der Payroll-Benefit-Teams Dienstwagen, LeasingCar und LeasingRad (8,5 FTE)
Operatives Management: Koordination des operativen Tagesgeschäfts sowie Sicherstellung von Qualität und Termintreue
Fachliche Beratung: Erste Ansprechperson zu fachlichen, organisatorischen und prozessualen Fragestellungen zu den betreuten Benefits
Prozessoptimierung & Digitalisierung: Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen sowie Identifikation und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen
Stakeholder Management: Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit den Kundengesellschaften sowie mit fachlichen Stakeholdern
Wissensmanagement: Verantwortung für das Wissensmanagement und die nachhaltige Dokumentation relevanter Fach- und Prozessinformationen
Projektmanagement: Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Mitwirkung bei Projekten

Fachliche Qualifikationen: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Payroll oder HR Service
Arbeitsweise: Sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit, eine hohe Verantwortungs- und Lernbereitschaft sowie Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
Führungskompetenzen: Teamplayer-Mentalität, Motivationsfähigkeit und Führungskompetenz bzw. die Bereitschaft, diese zu erlernen
Das zeichnet dich aus: Ausgeprägte Prozessorientierung sowie die Fähigkeit, Optimierungspotenziale zu erkennen und Abläufe kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
Kommunikationsstärke: Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
Spezifische Fachkenntnisse: Erweiterte Kenntnisse im Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie in Payroll-Prozessen
Digitale Kompetenzen: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und HR-IT-Systemen, insbesondere SAP HCM und Oracle HCM wünschenswert
Sprachkenntnisse: Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Reisebereitschaft: Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands
