Stellvertretender Küchenleiter Biblis (w/m/d)

Job description

Eine Aufgabe, die dich begeistert

  • Zubereiten, Anrichten, Servieren und Ausgeben von Speisen und Getränken

  • Sicherstellen eines permanenten Gastkontaktes und der Beschwerden- und Reklamationsbearbeitung

  • Gerätepflege und Überwachung der Küchenhygiene

  • Bestandsführung von Lebensmitteln sowie Dokumentation im Rahmen des Qualitätssicherungshandbuches

  • Unterstützung der Küchenleitung bei Aufgaben wie z. B.:

    • Einhaltung gesetzlicher und weiterer Vorschriften sowie betrieblicher Vorgaben sowie die Erledigung administrativer Aufgaben

    • Prüfung und Entgegennahme von Lieferungen und Leistungen und Disposition von Lebensmitteln

    • Fachliche Anleitung von Mitarbeitern und Mitarbeiterinnen (Hilfskräften/Azubis)
